Through the Spinning Wheel
I slipped through the screen door and charged straight down to the sidewalk! Parked right against the metal curb rack was a big maroon bicycle with fat rubber tires! Without pausing a second, I dropped onto all fours and lunged straight toward the rear wheel! Squeeze, duck, pop! I snaked both long arms right between the crisscrossed metal spokes, weaving my blue limbs like bright yarn. Clink! My knuckles brushed the silver hub, and the wheel gave a sudden lazy spin, carrying my hands in a slow, dizzy circle through the sunlit air!
