A Garden Swing
I noticed an old metal S-hook dangling from a low crossbeam above the greenhouse staging bench. Right beneath it lay a smooth strip of woven copper garden ribbon. Holding my little penguin companion under one arm, I looped the copper band through the bottom curve of the hook to make a suspended little hammock seat. I carefully lifted my penguin in and gave the ribbon a gentle push. He swayed steadily back and forth in the midday warmth, flippers spread wide like he was gliding over the pots! Watching him rock happily right there turned the whole bench into a delightful miniature park.
