A Clue on the Cover

I opened my eyes and felt a sudden spark through my cloth fingers. I could actually tilt my head! Lying beside me was a DVD case showing a chalkboard. Curious, I reached my plush hand forward and traced the smooth plastic right over the printed letters: a, b, c. It felt real, smooth, and full of stories waiting to be read. I gave a little cheer, propped against the bedsheet next to my monkey companion, ready to explore every word in this room.
