Prism and the Brass Ruler: Part 46

I popped free from the hearth rug with three energetic morning bounces and landed straight onto the wide, open bay window sill. Completely free of any tubs, jars, or covers, a solid brass folding carpenter's rule lay fully extended flat across the raw pine wood beside a heavy clear crystal prism block. Curious, I gathered my squishy momentum and launched myself onto the flat brass hinge! My soft green underside flattened comfortably against the cool, etched metal markings. As crisp London morning sunshine pierced through the window and struck the crystal block, a wide stripe of pure red and emerald light bent across the brass ruler, washing straight over my glitter with a sparkling warmth. #Squishmallows #SquishyToys #Squish
