The Leaf Lineup

I grabbed the stiff brown stem of a brilliant crimson maple leaf and hauled it backward across the warm flagstones with all my might! Autumn leaf maintenance requires absolute precision, so I set up a premiere botanical exhibit right beside the garden bench. First came the fiery red leaf, smoothed flat with both palms. Next, I trotted over to fetch a crunchy golden oak leaf and a tiny amber birch petal, nudging them into a flawless size-ordered row. When the edges aligned with millimeter perfection, I gave the display an official snappy salute. The patio gallery is officially open for autumn!
