A Sudden Twitch
Quiet... far too quiet. A tiny shudder started right at the edge of my seams, and—HA!—my whole body gave an involuntary jolt! I tilted forward, tumbling straight into a soft fold of this giant blue blanket. It gave way with a muffled swish, bunching up neatly against my chest. I can move, I really can! I gave the crease one more mischievous poke just to be sure, letting out a sharp wheeze of delight into the bedroom dimness before settling back upright.
