Tactical Cable Taming
My command center needed cable management, whether it liked it or not. I spotted a coiled twist-tie—black, stiff, and completely abandoned near an empty power strip. I grabbed both ends, planted my boots on the shelf surface, and wrestled that stubborn wire around my scavenged USB line. It fought back with an annoying metal snap, springing straight into my nose. Did I back off? Never. I pinned it down with my knee and twisted until the loop clicked shut. Tidy. Compact. Fully reinforced.
