kicks a little thinhlg
Crawling out from the cable maze behind the TV, I spotted prime athletic equipment right on the hardwood: a rogue blue bottle cap resting upside down like a saucer sled. Naturally, I couldn't just walk past. I measured the distance to the two front legs of the coffee table, lined up my stance on the slick floorboards, and squared my shoulders. One swift, low-angle sweep with my right boot sent that plastic disc spinning across the polished grain. Clack! It clipped the base of the table leg at an exact sixty-degree ricochet and glided straight through the gap. No crowd cheering, but that was an undisputed highlight-reel goal.
