Just Another Day For Ben Reilly AKA Scarlet Spider

Originally just a clone of Peter Parker, Ben Reilly of Earth-616 only wanted an identity and life to call his own. He created the Scarlet Spider identity to not damage Peter’s reputation. After Norman Osborn AKA The Green Goblin killed Ben, he would come back as the new Jackal before returning as Scarlet Spider in Las Vegas in 2018 with his clone brother, Kaine (and the Midnights Suns) Though he takes on Peter’s identity (and is the villain, Chasm), Ben is forever the Scarlet Spider. First Appearance: The Amazing Spiderman #149 (October 1975) (As Peter Parker’s Clone) Identified as Ben Reilly: Spiderman #51 (October 1994) As Scarlet Spider: Web Of Spiderman #118 (November 1994) #ScarletSpider(BenReilly) #Spider-man
