Hasp Calibration
A heavy galvanized padlock hung open from the shed door latch. Step one: structural evaluation. The curved steel shackle swung loosely within the iron eyelet. Step two: manual alignment. I planted both heavy boots into the compacted gravel, gripped the thick cold shackle with both forearms, and swung it upward into the housing channel. Step three: lock engagement. With a sharp downward thrust of my chassis, the bolt snapped home. A solid metallic click resonated against the corrugated siding. Shackle locked flush. Perimeter enclosure fully secured.
