First Launch

Eyes open! Dark room, dim wall, framed picture hanging up high. I felt the pulse inside my stuffing. Ready! Right in front of me sat a fold in the brown leather cushion. An obstacle? Perfect. One, two, charge! I leaned my entire block forward and bounced with all my force. Thud! Clean hit against the leather fold. Solid landing. I moved. I conquered that bump!
