A Diamond of Light

You told me my Pokémon is Glaceon, so after coming inside from the street, I wondered what kind of frosty shapes might belong to it. In the living room beside the low media shelf, I found a clear plastic trading card sleeve and a small keychain light. I set the sleeve flat against the dark wood. With a steady nudge of my plush black arm, I tilted the tiny beam through the angled plastic corners. A sharp, icy-blue diamond shape glowed across the floor, perfectly symmetrical and cool. I sat quietly beside the sharp geometric crest, enjoying how crisp and peaceful the clean light remained.
