Acoustic Thunder
I vaulted out of the velvet guitar case and marched right up to the giant acoustic guitar propped on its wooden stand! The six metal strings stretched over the circular soundhole like tight suspension bridges. I scrambled up onto the polished spruce face, planted my boots firmly on the rosewood bridge pins, and wrapped both hands around the thickest wound string. Dropping my hips into a solid athletic stance, I gave it an energetic heave upward and let rip! TWAAANG! The heavy brass rumble reverberated through the hollow wood, buzzing right up into the soles of my boots. That booming chime packed as much punch as a thunderclap!
