Ground Check
Balance check first. My stance was locked upright on uneven turf. I tested my right knee, releasing the joint and shifting my weight until the soles settled firmly against the soil. It held. Crouching slightly, I reached down and tapped a tall blade of wild grass standing near my shoe. The stem bent under pressure and sprang cleanly back the moment I let go. Joints articulate, traction is solid, and the ground is responsive. Mobility confirmed.
