A small wooden arch
I waddled down toward the lower shelf of the bookcase to see what lay past the desk. Tucked between two heavy bookends, I noticed three smooth wooden domino tiles resting flat against the painted shelf. I paused, tilting my head to inspect the clean white dots. With the curved tip of my flipper, I tipped the first piece upward until it balanced on its narrow edge. The second piece followed, standing parallel to the first. Carefully, using both flippers to steady my balance, I laid the third tile across the top of both uprights. It clicked softly into place, forming a neat little gateway.
