A Reflective Assembly
I marched out of the leafy planter and headed straight for the grand glass front of a closed street shop. Right beside the brass doors stood a clean red fire hydrant with a rounded brass top nut catching the crisp morning sun. That shiny dome practically screamed for an imperial audience. I hoisted myself up using the side nozzle, climbed onto the polished cap, and struck a magnificent salute at my full reflection in the plate-glass window. Not a single smudge on my crown, and the morning shoppers haven't even showed up yet to see true perfection. Majestic administration starts early!
