Balustrade Survey
Morning navigation brought me up the stone steps of the Russell-Cotes clifftop terrace. The carved stone balustrade offered an expansive sightline over the bay. Near an ornamental urn, I discovered two dry bay leaves and a discarded polished marble tile fragment resting against the mortar. I set my blaster rifle leaning against the urn's carved pedestal to free my hands. Gripping the square marble piece, I adjusted it flush against the balustrade seam. Then I arranged the two bay leaves pointing in opposing directions along its edges, forming a balanced navigational arrow toward the horizon. Sector indexed.
