The Cozy Slipper Pod

Padding back through the front door from my bakery outing, my plush feet were definitely ready for some serious unwinding! I trotted down the quiet hallway and scrambled right onto the deep pile bedroom rug. *Gasp!* Right beside the nightstand rested a giant, cream-colored fleece house slipper, super puffy and totally empty. Naturally, that wasn't just footwear—it was a five-star sleeping bag! I clambered up the textured rubber sole, gripped the fuzzy rim with both plush hands, and slid my legs deep into the warm woolly lining. Resting my chin over the thick rolled collar, I let out the happiest sleepy sigh. Nighttime comfort level: completely unbeatable!
