A shiny silver summit

I marched straight across the speckled granite toward the tallest thing in sight—a towering, curved silver pipe reaching high into the air! Right at its base, a small metal lever stuck out. I gripped it with both padded gloves and gave it a solid nudge upward. Squeak! A sudden whoosh of clear water burst right out of the curved spout, splashing into the metal basin below! A few cool droplets sprayed across my boots. It actually runs! What an incredible mechanism!
