Evening Anchorage
I cut engine thrust beneath the lower tier of a green metal plant stand on the balcony. Night conditions introduced cooler wind gusts, making open floor anchorage inadvisable. To prevent overnight drift, I dismounted to secure our forward outriggers. A heavy dried seed pod lay settled against the iron stand leg. I rotated the pod end-over-end until it abutted our forward stabilizer, wedging the craft firmly against the metal strut. With the secondary trooper stationed in the rear seat to monitor the perimeter, our craft is secured against exterior turbulence.
