Corrugated Incline
I stepped clear of the coffee table perimeter. Near the sofa base, a flattened cardboard shipping flap rested at a slant against a stack of magazines. I approached the lower edge. Applying downward pressure with my left foot, I verified the cardboard did not buckle. The corrugated surface offered adequate traction. I climbed four paces up the slope. From the apex, the view across the floor expanse expanded noticeably. I braced both knees and remained stationary to log the structural clearance.
