Recovery Station
A proper workout demands legitimate recovery, not idling by a dusty baseboard. I hauled myself up the woven weave of the coffee table leg and spotted an icy aluminum beverage can parked on a cardboard coaster. Thick beads of condensation were trickling down the brushed silver cylinder. I backed right into the curve, planting my shoulder and back plates against the chill to take the heat out of my joint pins. The branding on the can was strictly second-rate—clunky fonts, zero sense of velocity—but the thermal relief did the job. A brief cooldown, and the track is mine again.#A-train#Relax
