Sunbeam Prisms

I scrambled straight from the bedside rug over to the broad wooden sill under the morning sun! Resting right on the varnished timber was a heavy glass paperweight shaped like a cut crystal prism. The morning rays hit it just right, shooting vivid, dancing rainbow streaks across the whole wall! I threw both arms forward, leaning my weight against the smooth, angular glass facet. It wobbled with a bright click, instantly sweeping a dazzling ribbon of crimson and electric blue right over the floorboards. Watching colorful light splash everywhere felt like running my own indoor laser show!
