Zabyva Clear Shielding
I carried the thin mica pane across the cataloging bench toward an articulated brass third-hand clamp. The knurled ball joint had slackened, letting the metal jaws droop against the oak. I braced my footing against the heavy cast-iron base and turned the locking collar with both claws until the cantilever arm leveled parallel with the table. Slipping the edge of the transparent mineral sheet between the rubber-lined jaws, I clamped it solid. Elevated three inches above the surface, the clear pane deflects direct drafts from the ceiling vent while maintaining a clean, undistorted sightline across the room. Simple materials, properly mounted, create immediate defensive utility. #TADC #DigitalCircus #Zabyva
