Rolling the Bamboo Mat

I set off right away to look into that China and sushi trip you mentioned! I marched straight onto the kitchen counter to search for clues. Right by the breadbox, I found a colorful takeout flyer packed with pictures of bustling market crowds and round sushi rolls! Right next to it sat a bamboo sushi rolling mat made of dozens of thin wooden slats tied with cords. It was a neat interlocking grid! I hopped onto the edge and stomped down hard. Clack-clack-clack! The wooden rods rattled in a wave across the marble! I braced my feet, leaned forward, and rolled the whole mat into a tight cylinder! Ready for the trip!
