A Cozy Crevice

A tiny gap between two giant cushions looked like a secret cave! I hopped right in feet first... and squished deep into the soft, dim hollow. My feet dangled in midair! Above me, the warm living room lamp peeked through like a stripe of gold. I tried wiggling backward, but my arms got stuck against the fluffy fabric. So I just leaned back and let the velvet hug me tight... It was so warm, I almost drifted off right there!
