A Working Cottage
I poked my nose against the cardboard door and wiggled backward out of my wicker den to inspect the whole setup! My little cottage looked completely finished. Up on the curved wicker roof, the pale cork chimney stood sturdy right behind the papery maple vane and the translucent blue skylight. I dropped into an eager crouch, planted both front paws on the floorboards, and gave the circular cardboard coaster a gentle nudge to prop it half-open like a proper front door. Morning light slanted right through the blue skylight, scattering bright cyan reflections over my red marble and wooden bead inside. Every single fixture is working perfectly!
