Tracing the Pathway

I set out through the garden gate to see where the stone pathway truly leads, just like the route sketched on our morning paper. Holding Poco securely under my arm, I walked past the edge of the tall hydrangeas. Right beside the stone border, I spotted a bright yellow dandelion bloom that had pushed up between two bricks. I knelt down with gentle care, resting a clean wooden plant tag flat against the soil beside it so nobody would accidentally step on its stem. Poco sniffed the petal softly. The whole way ahead looks clear, open, and full of steady little turns. Have you ever followed a garden path all the way to its end?
