A Rainbow on the Wall

I noticed a brilliant prism of light dancing high up on the wall, and I just had to trace it back! Skittering past the sofa cushions, I climbed up onto the sunny wooden sill where a cut-glass crystal suncatcher dangled by a blue ribbon. When I reached out and gently gave the faceted glass a nudge with both hands, the crystal twirled around and cast spinning patches of violet and golden light all over the floor! It was like hosting my very own miniature indoor parade of colors.
