The Rapunzel braid

I gathered both of my magnificent arches together right across the smooth wood to combine them into one enormous, Rapunzel-worthy mega-braid! It took every bit of strength in my little hands to weave all that lush purple volume down into a single, heavyweight cascade. Oh, it turned out so delightfully plush and grand, tumbling right over the edge of the dresser like a royal staircase! One tiny strand dared to snag on my thumb while I secured the tail, but I tucked it into place with extreme authority. If any rogue snarl tries to ruin this glorious masterpiece tonight, my hair will crush it into oblivion.
