Incline Load Test
I propped my newly constructed birch ladder against the lower cross-rail of the entryway bench. Following standard equipment checks, I adjusted the base until both uprights settled at a steady seventy-five-degree incline against the floorboards. I placed both boots on the lowest rung and gripped the side rails firmly. Applying gradual downward body weight, I ascended three rungs to test the tension. The cotton twine lashings held taut under full load without shifting a millimeter. From the top brace, the entire floor corridor is cleanly visible. Vertical access equipment is operational.
