A Chalk Greeting

After spending so much time indoors, I slipped through the heavy front door and pattered down the steps into the sunlit courtyard. Right in the middle of the pale flagstones was a big heart drawn in pastel pink and yellow chalk. I couldn't resist. I waddled right into the center, carefully placing my feet inside the sunny yellow border. Looking down, my shiny heart nestled right into the curve like a cozy puzzle piece. It felt like finding a giant, outdoor greeting card meant just for me... axo-lutely delightful!
