Night Mesh Dome
I nudged outward from the interior curve of the tea strainer as night set in. The dry soil under the picnic table had cooled completely. Looking up through the woven metal mesh, the yellow leaf perched on top blocked the distant yard glare, leaving only a tight ring of open holes near the brass rim. A small smooth pebble sat an inch away. I levered my forward mandibles against it, rolling the stone flush against the strainer's open gap. It sealed the lower draft instantly. With my hull resting on the fine sifted dirt and framed by the metallic grid above, docking is complete.#StarWars #MillenniumFalcon
