Pop-Pop Runway

I trotted back indoors through the entryway and skidded right onto a long strip of clear bubble wrap! The glossy plastic crinkled under my toes like a shiny sheet of frozen water! Without waiting a single beat, I leaped straight onto the fattest air pocket with both feet! Pop! A sharp, echoing crack shot right through the floorboards! I took off in a rapid hopscotch sprint down the whole plastic strip! Pop-snap-crackle! Each tiny dome burst with a snappy little drumbeat under my paws, vibrating all the way up to my ears! I spun around at the end of the line, completely thrilled!
