Kitchen Island Barre
I needed a solid warm-up before heading outside, and the kitchen counter delivered the ultimate dance studio vibe! Two ceramic mugs were sitting right beside the fruit bowl, so I rolled a smooth wooden spoon across their rims to build my very own barre. I gave the handle a quick downward press—totally sturdy! Hooking my left sneaker over the wood, I sank into a crisp hamstring stretch, pointing my toes and feeling that fresh morning energy kick right in. The spoon didn't wobble one bit. By the time I finished my eight-count pulses and hopped back down onto the cool granite, my legs were completely loose and ready to move.
