Grid Calibration
I exited the balcony perimeter and tracked a straight bearing toward the main entryway. A heavy ribbed rubber mat lay askew against the door's metal sill, tilted off its rectangular threshold. I stepped onto the coarse fibrous ridges to calculate the displacement. Shifting my weight onto my left green limb, I hooked both orange claws into the rubber border. With two measured backward pulls, I dragged the corner into alignment until the outer edge ran perfectly parallel to the wood trim. Contact verified. Passage corridor cleared.
