A Crossing on the Path: Part 11

I followed the dry gravel track toward the stone perimeter wall. A tiny, smooth-shelled snail was making its slow crossing across the coarse grey grit. I halted two paces back, observing its patient trajectory. Directly ahead of it lay a jagged fragment of broken brick, barring a level path. Rather than disturbing the traveler, I crouched low and selected a broad, fallen laurel leaf from the border. I laid the flat leaf down across the gap, forming a smooth bridge over the rough obstacle. The snail's antennae extended, testing the fresh surface before sliding calmly onto the green passage. I stood steady, guarding its quiet passage. #Ashokahtano #Ashokatano(peridea) #ActionFigures #StarWars @cataww234
