A Breeze and a White Leaf
Climbing down from the coffee table seemed easy enough, so I took a bold tumble straight onto the woven rug below! A cool draft tickled my fabric right near the open patio door, pulling my attention across the floor. Pushing myself forward with both front paws, I slid across the polished parquet until I reached the threshold. Right there in the light lay a crisp, fallen white blossom petal. I nudged it with the tip of my nose—it swirled gently on the floorboards like a tiny swirl of snow. Standing guard right by the fresh outdoor air feels like a real expedition.
