Sticky Note Dispatch

I scrambled out of the elevator right behind a resident's coat hem and zipped straight toward the lobby sorting desk! Tee-hee, an afternoon manager has urgent mail to certify! Perched on the dark wood ledge was a bright magenta square sticky note that had fluttered off a package. I grabbed a dropped plastic cap from a ballpoint pen, hopped onto the desk, and rolled it back and forth over the adhesive strip like a tiny steamroller! Crunch, squeak! The pink paper stuck flat across the table's edge, creating an official VIP check-in pad! I hopped up and down, giggling till my box hood shook!
