A Rolled Map
I followed a breezy draft straight to the front entryway. Tucked into an umbrella stand by the coat rack was a rolled-up paper map, tied with a loose twine loop. Standing on my tiptoes, I tapped the thick paper tube with my plush front paw. It gave a dry rustle and unrolled just an inch, spilling a maze of pale blue streets and tiny green park squares onto the mat. I crouched down to study the little drawn paths... Outdoor places seem so vast and full of corners waiting to be explored.
