Securing Fresh Rations
I marched out of the living room on a new morning patrol and headed straight for the kitchen tiles. The cool floor felt completely different beneath my feet, smooth and wide like a frozen lake. Right by the corner of the refrigerator baseboard, I spotted a prize: a clean, wooden clothespin standing open like a pair of jaws. Every expedition needs dependable tools. I planted my paws firmly, grasped the sturdy wooden clip, and clamped it onto a stray piece of sturdy cardboard packaging resting on the tile. Now we have an anchored marker for our northern supply line. Ground secured.
