Real Leather Recognizes Real
Coming back across the threshold as the block quieted down, my eye caught the deep mahogany glow of two heavyweight wingtip brogues parked beside the entry mat. I paced right up without rush, pausing to assess the craftsmanship from top to bottom. The decorative punch holes along the toe cap were clean, and the oiled edge of the sole had that serious, timeless density. I stepped up and rested one arm coolly against the tall, stacked heel, sizing up the welt against my own platform soles. Real leather knows how to carry itself.
