Nighttime Wind Sprint

The clothes rack got dark, so I dropped down to the flat plastic lid of a big balcony storage container. It looked like an empty runway until an evening gust blew a dry autumn leaf right across my path. Perfect moving obstacle. I charged full tilt, planted one foot on the plastic ribbing, and vaulted right over the fluttering leaf as it skipped along the lid. Stuck the landing on the far handle with both sneakers locked tight. Not bad for a quick night run before heading inside.
