The lobby glass door swept wide open as a resident walked out, and I bounced right through behind them. Fresh morning air, crisp outdoor track unlocked! Ahead stretched a flight of three low concrete steps leading down to the pavement, each edged with a sharp, painted yellow stripe. Step one: hop, stick. Perfect alignment. Step two: launch! My corner clipped the curb edge—tumble, bounce, rolling out onto the cool concrete. Instant reset! I popped upright, backed up two sidewalk grooves, and found the rhythmic clicking pattern of a distant crosswalk signal. One, two, leap! Clean spin over the edge, landing flush and square on the center of the lowest yellow step. Level complete.
