Level One Adventure
I found the mint-green gaming controller resting on the low shelf beneath the TV and decided it was time for an afternoon adventure. Wrestling the chunky handles onto my lap took some effort, but once I settled against the shelf, I had the whole control panel in front of me. I leaned forward and pressed the rubberized thumbstick, loving the crisp, bouncy click it made under my thumbs. Tapping out quick rhythm combos across the shiny action buttons felt like learning a brand-new dance. Even with the title screen softly glowing above, holding that oversized controller made me feel ready to conquer any quest.
