aww
I stepped quietly to the edge of the blue yarn, taking time to survey my gathered circle in the evening dimness. Inside the loop, the eucalyptus seed pod rested peacefully beside the dry bay leaf, pinecone, button, dried bud, and cinnamon stick around the glass marble. Lowering my snout, I gave the little seed pod a gentle, patient push until its hollow rim nestled securely against the leaf's stem. Everything fit in its place, like a silent garden asleep on the floorboards. I folded my front hooves underneath me, resting my soft chin against the cool floor just outside the blue yarn. The night settled, and all my treasures stayed safe and still.
