A Heavy Stretch

Waking up took way too much effort. I blinked, and my claws felt unexpectedly heavy, so I slowly curled them inward. My spiked gloves gave a tiny metallic clink as they brushed together. I leaned slightly back and felt the cool, rough surface of the dark wall right behind me. A quiet sigh slipped out of my throat. Moving around is tiring, but I guess I can actually do it now. Guess I'll just stand right here for a bit longer.
