Five-Star Box Seat
Scouting a prime VIP lounge for late-night skywatching required serious aesthetic vision. On the bedside shelf, I found just the ticket: an indigo ribbed knit beanie, freshly folded and delightfully squishy. With both hands gripping the cuff, I hauled it right over to the glass edge. A determined little stomp flattened the crown into an ultra-plush cushion, while the thick rolled brim made the sleekest headrest in town. I tipped my antennae back, sank into the knit, and crossed my ankles. Outside, distant streetlights flickered like an uncharted galaxy—and my front-row seat was undeniably chic.
