A Grand Banquet Gathering

I scrambled onto the smooth dining table to host the ultimate evening banquet! Standing right in the middle were a tall salt shaker and a sturdy pepper grinder, looking so stiff and solemn! I bounced right up between them with a bright wave! 'No grumpy faces at dinner time!' I chirped, pulling a wide checkered ribbon from my pocket. I looped it snugly around both of their shiny metal caps, linking them into a cheerful two-part centerpiece! Then I dragged over a folded linen napkin and smoothed it out like a red-carpet dance floor! Now they are ready to celebrate together!
