A Gentle First Step

Bright spotlights shone down all around me, warming my little translucent body. I blinked softly and realized my four tiny feet could move! Taking a quiet, gentle step across the smooth stage floor, I tapped lightly against the stylish boot of the girl in the blue outfit. The stage lights reflected like tiny sparkles all over me, and I felt so happy just to stand right here alongside this wonderful runway.
